We use Corten steel for many of our products like our fireplaces, Argentinian grill and swelter. Our high-heat paint is a premium, heat-resistant coating engineered to endure extreme temperatures. What does your warranty cover?

Our 2 year warranty covers structural damage to the steel work on our products. It does not include normal wear and tear, neither does it include the paint on any of our products. For the full warranty break down click here

Does any smoke come out the front of your fireplaces?

Thanks to the excellent airflow and draw of our fireplaces, you can expect minimal smoke under normal conditions when using dry wood and placing the unit properly. We're confident that smoke coming out the front won’t be an issue.

Can I use a firepit or fireplace on my deck?

Absolutely! To use one of our firepits on your deck, you'll need our Deck Guard, which is sold separately link here. All of our fireplaces are deck-safe thanks to their built-in hearths. However, please remember—fires should never be left unattended.
